Valley Energetics, LLC. was originally founded in the United States of America in August of 2010, and today the company functions and operates under the laws of Hong Kong. In the beginning, Valley was primarily involved in the international trade of ethanol and sugar from South and North America, where the ethanol would function as the oxygenate for gasoline and as a replacement of the Methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE).

When Valley began performing in the oil business, the products were purchased from resellers, however due to the constant increments of its financial capacity, Valley is now involved in production contracts directly from the source with refinery groups.
In June 2015, Valley Energetics, LLC. joined forces with Petrox (Singapore) PTE. LTD. which was founded in January 2014. The joint venture was born out of a common objective between the two companies: to broaden markets and suppliers with the mission to satisfy clients’ product demand and requirements. Since then, our group has completed several successful transactions, as a result of our broad expertise to deal and perform operations in a fast and efficient way.
OUR SERVICES
Because of our extensive industry network and partnerships,
which includes some of the world’s most prestigious oil groups, we are able to supply crude oil along with other petroleum products to any part of the globe. And, due to specific demands from international markets, our capabilities range from making a spot sale to performing under short or long-term supply contracts.
As we keep growing, we now count with subsidiary companies in Europe and Asia in order to better serve our clients and provide them with the best possible options.
